The Yorba Linda housing market is located on the very eastern-edge of Orange County north of the 91-freeway, with Corona to the east and Anaheim Hills to the west. The Yorba Linda community is considered an affluent high end city, mostly residential with some commerce scattered across the city. The majority of the city is made of tract homes, but you will also find custom-built properties, condos and townhomes. Many of the Yorba Linda properties are located on the rolling hills, which provide outstanding city-lights and hills-view properties. BanCorp Realty has always stood for easier and faster™ (and smarter) Yorba Linda real estate, and our local Yorba Linda Realtors are intimately familiar with all of the local neighborhoods and subdivisions. If you are getting ready to list your Yorba Linda home for sale, or possibly in the market to purchase a Yorba Linda single-family-residence, contact a local BanCorp Professional first.
