Why even do this in the first place?

The reason a company like this wins is that people don’t buy what you do – they buy why you do it. The most successful companies understand that the goal is not to do business with everybody who needs what you have. The goal is to do business with the people who believe what you believe (the why).

At BanCorp Properties we believe it isn’t just about service, it is about people. If we hire a Realtor just because they need a J.O.B. (the what), then they will just work for the money. But if we hire a professional who believes what we believe (the why), they will be a passionate real estate agent that has a purpose and they will flourish not only as an individual but will assist this organization reach its lofty goals.
