The Buena Park residential market is surrounded by Cerritos, La Palma, Anaheim, Fullerton and La Mirada, and most famously known for being the home of Knott’s Berry Farm (and Soak City). The Buena Park real estate market is found in North Orange County, and it is one of the county’s oldest communities. The majority of the Buena Park properties are tract homes (single level), you will also find a few condos and townhomes scattered across the city. The homes for sale in Buena Park are some of the most affordable in Orange County, and are a popular option among potential home-owners due to their central location (in between Los Angeles and Irvine).
