The annual 4th of July celebration in Mission Viejo is happening this Monday, with the fireworks show beginning at 9:00 at Lake Mission Viejo near Olympiad Road and Melinda, and the cost is free to view the fireworks display. The festivities kick off at 12:00 noon with live musical performances on the Main Stage, and for the youth, there will be bands playing on the Freedom Stage. Families will find food and game booths scattered everywhere as well as carnival rides for the kids to enjoy. There will be over 25 booths featuring arts and crafts. Admissions is free, however you will need to pay for individual games and rides. There is a free shuttle operating from 1:00 – 8:00, and the stops are all clearly marketed around Lake Mission Viejo.
The weather is heating up here in the first week of July – just like the Mission Viejo housing market (including condos and townhomes). Our local Mission Viejo Realtors see home owners receiving multiple offers, with many of the homes selling for higher than asking price. BanCorp Properties has always stood for easier and faster™ Mission Viejo real estate. Our local professionals would like to wish all of the Mission Viejo residents a safe and happy 4th of July, and if you plan on having a couple of drinks while enjoying the events, be sure to designate a designated driver.
