BanCorp Real Estate Group in its ongoing pursuit of easier and faster™ Orange County real estate continues our market expansion into Coto De Caza real estate.

BanCorp REG is recognized in the real estate industry for its disciplined risk-taking and overall commonsense approach to business, and we are looking to add market share in what appears to be a rather ordinary Coto De Caza real estate marketing model. We see a real opportunity to increase market share in the Coto De Caza market by aggressively marketing our popular website and by extending its Buyer’s Agent Direct Real Estate Rebate Program through the end of the calendar year, 2014. The “easier and faster” marketing campaign has been extremely successful in Southern California and our 25% Home Rebate Program has been going momentum since its launch in February, 2014.

We have not decided yet whether we are going to add any new Coto De Caza Realtors to their existing core base at this point or not. However, it would be highly unlikely if we didn’t add some additional Coto De Caza Real Estate Agents to help us meet increasing demand for our California Home Rebate Program. In this real estate rebate program, when BanCorp represents a client as a Coto De Caza buyer’s agent, we will rebate back its client’s 25% of BanCorp’s gross commission at the close of the escrow to be used for any purpose that our client wishes. BanCorp Properties is recognized in the real estate industry for being an ambitious Southern California Real Estate Company with aggressive goals and a bright future to look forward to. We had announced previously in the year that it had planned on hiring over 120 Realtors by the end of Q2, 2015 in the greater South Orange County housing market prior to launching our expansion into North County San Diego.
