We hope that 2019 will be a fantastic and prosperous year for everyone, and that our Country will remain strong holding true to our original foundation of a Christian based Country. We pray that every person that comes in contact with our organization will recognize our underlying Corporate principals of Truth in Real Estate and People Before Profits.

We will continue to "Trust the Lord with all of our hearts, and will not depend on our understanding, and will remember Christ Jesus in all we do, and that He will give us success" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

When a team-member cares only about them self, they are by definition no longer part of a team. They have become an employee, and they no longer work for BanCorp Properties. Why? Well we don’t have employees we have team members and as soon as this happens, the germ of failure has entered the organization and has begun to spread.

Humble Defined: Humility is not thinking less of yourself, it is thinking less of yourself.

Being humble in real estate is not beating yourself up and thinking of yourself as low or small full of defects and shortcomings. Humility rather relates to minimizing the selfish ambitions and vain conceit which is so prevalent in the real estate industry.

  •        Humility is about building up others around you and reducing conflict in our day-to-day business dealings
