Definition of Withdrawn
Orange County Property Withdrawn
Withdrawn means that the Orange County property is not currently being marketed and is no longer for sale. This may be temporary, as some sellers take their home off the market in order to make some repairs and/or upgrades to make it more marketable. It could be permanent, as the seller’s plans may have changed. Either way, it doesn’t hurt to speak with the listing broker to confirm the property’s status and/or the reason it has been withdrawn.
When the seller contracts with an Orange County, CA Real Estate Agent to sell their Orange County home, the listing agreement will have a set expiration date. When a listing is withdrawn, the seller has canceled the listing contract with her agent before the contract's agreed-upon expiration date.
