These are the documents completed by the seller of a home listing, where the list any known issues and/or problems with the property, as well as any additions or remodel projects completed during the time they owned the home. Seller’s Disclosure forms usually include information about the title of the home, the water system, the roof, the pool and spa, and the electrical system. This information is useful for the prospective buyer but it cannot be replaced by an inspection by a licensed Orange County home inspector – many times the homeowner will miss information or are even unaware of deficiencies in the home.
