These are the documents completed by the seller of a home listing, where the list any known issues and/or problems with the property, as well as any additions or remodel projects completed during the time they owned the home. Seller’s Disclosure forms usually include information about the title of the home, the water system, the roof, the pool and spa, and the electrical system.
